1. Choosing a bathroom stall next to someone else's when there no one else in any other stall?
2. Going into a stall someone just walked out of?
This happened to me the other day (see image below) Someone was in the red stall, and the green stalls were open. And just as i walked in someone walked out of the yellow stall....
Which one do I take?
All I will say is that I almost freaked out trying to decide. It is just so darn awkward!
That is super awkward. AND you have to make a fast decision because you can't just stand there... I probably would have gone for 4. It's that whole "ignorance is bliss thing"... because for all you know, nobody else's bum touched that toilet seat because you didn't see anybody else walk out of there. Same goes for two. Even if you use those little liners, somebody else was still sitting there. It's just nice to have not seen anybody.
ReplyDeleteBesides, if the person in stall 3 ended up needing toilet paper, you couldn't help them if you were in stall 1...

Uhg! I made the super duper wrong choice. But I totally agree. 1 is the ONLY stall that should have been NOT an option!
ReplyDeleteIt's a tough decision... one of those split second ones, you know? I don't know how I would have chosen under that much pressure... it's one of those things where hindsight is 20/20. I do hate those moments though. Super awkward.
