Every morning, ok, well, most mornings, I get up and exercise on a stationary bike. And, those mornings that I do get up and exercise, it is usually a terrible, painful battle with myself to get myself dressed and up on that bike. Something like this:
"*sigh*...but I exercised yesterday"
"But now it's today..and you need the exercise again"
"That'll be 4 times this week, and I only need 3 times a week"
"...seriously?"
"I don't feel like it"
"This isn't even for you, think of the baby"
"... You win"
And yet, every time that I do exercise I feel so much more productive and ready to tackle the day. I never regret it...I just have to keep winning the battle with myself and DO it.
I also discovered that a GREAT motivator is new music. I downloaded about 10 new songs on iTunes, which is more than enough songs for one workout, and it's been keeping me going. Next I will have to find some new TV show or something once I get tired of the songs.
