This is true. Sometimes I dress up just to go shopping so I feel cute and am thus further inclined to buy cute things. But then the problem with shopping is that you are shopping because you need more cute things, so you might not have something that makes you feel very cute to go shopping in. It is a mess...
Never go shopping when you don't feel cute...... you are bound to buy something not cute. It is just a fact. Accept it.
